By accessing or using the PV Rentals website or submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request through this website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt and completion of the secure payment link sent to your email by Pinnacle Visions Logistics Inc.

All pricing displayed on this website is estimated. Final pricing is confirmed in your payment link and may include delivery fees, applicable taxes, and other charges disclosed at that time.

3. Renter Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from PV Rentals, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age at the time of rental
• Hold a valid U.S. driver's license
• Provide accurate identification and license information during booking
• Agree to all rental rules specified at the time of reservation

4. Vehicle Use

Rented vehicles must be operated in accordance with all applicable laws and the specific rental rules communicated at time of booking. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: off-road operation, use outside the continental United States, smoking in the vehicle, and subletting or lending the vehicle to an unauthorized driver.

5. Protection Plans

PV Rentals offers optional protection plans with varying deductible levels. Selection of a protection plan does not constitute an insurance policy. Details of each plan, including coverage scope and deductible amounts, are disclosed during the booking process and confirmed in your rental agreement. Renters are responsible for understanding the terms of their selected plan prior to completing payment.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

7. Limitation of Liability

Pinnacle Visions Logistics Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any rental transaction. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the rental in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stafford County, Virginia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
