There are six steps: choose your vehicle → submit your request and verify your identity → our team reviews your verification → if approved, you receive a secure Stripe payment link → after payment, your booking is confirmed → before pickup, your host adds exact location details to your portal.
No. Submitting a request is not a confirmation. Bookings are only confirmed after your driver verification is approved and payment is completed via the link we email you.
Every confirmed booking comes with a private portal where you can track your status, view pickup details, sign your rental agreement, submit your return location, and message your host — all in one place.
Select 'Deliver to Me' during booking and enter your address. We deliver across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, National Harbor MD, and Richmond VA. Delivery fees are confirmed before payment.
Basic liability coverage is included with every rental. Upgrade to Standard (+$25/day) or Premium (+$50/day) protection during booking for lower deductibles and broader coverage.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee equal to one day's rental rate. Contact us directly to discuss your situation.
