Rental Agreement

This page summarizes standard rental terms. A binding rental agreement specific to your reservation will be provided with your payment confirmation. The executed agreement governs your rental.
1. Parties
This agreement is between Pinnacle Visions Logistics Inc ("Rental Company") and the individual named on the confirmed booking ("Renter"). The Renter is solely responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
2. Vehicle and Rental Period
The rental vehicle, rental period, and base rate are specified in the booking confirmation. The vehicle is provided in clean, roadworthy condition and must be returned in the same condition at the agreed time and location.
3. Driver Requirements
- Renter must be 25 years of age or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license required at time of pickup
- No additional drivers without prior written approval from Rental Company
4. Mileage
Each rental includes a 200-mile daily allowance. Mileage in excess of the daily allowance is billed at $0.45 per mile and will be included in a final invoice following vehicle return.
5. Fuel and Charging
Charging costs are included in the rental rate. The Renter must return the vehicle with a minimum 20% battery charge. Failure to do so will result in a $25 recharging fee.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Smoking or vaping in the vehicle — $250 cleaning fee applies
- Pets without prior written approval
- Off-road operation of any kind
- Use outside the continental United States
- Use for hire (rideshare, delivery, or commercial transport)
- Operation under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
7. Cleaning Fees
The vehicle must be returned in the same clean condition as received. Excessive mess is subject to a cleaning fee starting at $75 and up, depending on the level of cleaning and interior detailing required. Smoking violations are subject to a separate $250 fee as stated above.
8. Protection Plans
The Renter selects one of the following protection plans at the time of booking:

Protection plans are not insurance policies. The Renter remains responsible for damages up to the applicable deductible. Damage caused by prohibited use (as defined in Section 6) is not covered under any plan.
9. Accidents and Damage
The Renter must notify Pinnacle Visions Logistics Inc immediately in the event of an accident, theft, or damage. Failure to report an incident may void the selected protection plan. A police report must be filed and provided for incidents involving third parties.
10. Delivery Terms
Delivery service is available in Northern Virginia, Washington DC, National Harbor, MD, and Richmond, VA. Delivery fees are based on distance from our Stafford, VA base location and are confirmed in the payment link prior to reservation finalization.
11. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's base rate. No-shows are non-refundable. Contact us as early as possible if you need to modify or cancel.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes shall be resolved in Stafford County, Virginia.
